August 2010 News:

I'm illustrating my first picture book! Coming out from Simon & Schuster in Spring, 2012: I'M BORED, written by comedian/actor/writer Michael Ian Black, illustrated by yours truly.

I'm pleased to announce that I won the Honor/Runner-up Award and the Mentorship Program Award at the 2010 SCBWI juried Illustrator Portfolio Showcase. This was my first time entering the event. Many thanks to illustrator Beckett Gladney for convincing me to enter, and for helping me put together my first portfolio. Thanks also to the two teams of judges:
