Another #scbwiartober prompt combo: Bonfire – Stew – Mask. I’ve been unable to work on these daily but would rather find some way to participate than not at all. Using this creative challenge as an excuse to experiment with different media. For this drawing, I started with experimenting with different types of colored pencils (Caran D’Ache watercolor pencils, then adding texture via Caran D’Ache Luminance and Faber-Castell Polychromos). Then I imported into Photoshop and enhanced the shadows. I know I could do the latter via pencil crayons, but I ran out of time. ?
