Debbie Ridpath Ohi is a writer and illustrator based in Toronto, Canada. Her illustrations appear in I'M BORED, a picture book written by Michael Ian Black (Simon & Schuster Books For Young Readers, Sept/2012) and she has an illustrated short story included in TOMO, a Japan teen fiction anthology (Stone Bridge Press, Mar/2012). Debbie is currently working on two picture books for Simon & Schuster Books For Young Readers and is also working on novels for young people. Debbie Ridpath Ohi is a Toronto-based freelance writer and illustrator with a focus on content for young people. She recently illustrated I'M BORED, a picture book by actor/comedian/author Michael Ian Black (Simon & Schuster Books For Young Readers, 2012), and has a short story in YA fiction anthology, TOMO (Stone Bridge Press, 2012). Previously, she was the founder of Inkspot and Inklings, one of the very first online writing communities and electronic newsletters.
