This is a test post from the desktop MacJournal app, to see if I can successfully use it to post to Blatherings. Why use a separate app instead of post directly into Squarespace? Because as much as I love Squarespace, I get impatient with the interface sometimes, which gets a bit laggy -- possibly because of all the blogs I have.

I’ll post more often in Blatherings if it’s easier to post...hence this test. Fingers crossed that this gets posted okay, and with a blank line inserted before “I’ll post more often.”
