more scrapbook wars

Woohoo, finished the first draft of one article yesterday (pottery article) as well as finishing and sending off a second (how to share digital photos online). The editor wrote back within a few hours to approve it; I love e-mail submissions. Jeff and I were without high-speed access yesterday morning; I started to panic but then realized that duh, I could just use dial-up. Painfully slow in comparison, but nothing I haven't endured while at the cottage. Plus I avoided downloading any Sean Bean graphics. ;-)

Went for a run and found the movie crew from yesterday rolling up the cotton snow. Feeling better than I did on Sunday...thought I was coming down with something, glad I'm not. I find that sometimes I can evade a cold if I sleep a ton the first 24 hours.

Having too much fun with JeffB's and Debbie's Orkut Scrapbook Wars. Found out yesterday, by the way, that Maya Bohnhoff was responsible for the charming "Debbie/Uhuru & Kirk" image from a couple of days ago. Hm, which means I owe revenge to her as well, and to my friend Ray for this image (he says instead of "KHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNN!" I'm yelling "BOHNHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOFFF!!").

Anyway, here are a few of the more recent selections...

Jeff Bohnhoff and me in Grade 2. I had a crush on him despite how high he buckled his trousers. He tricked me into eating Silly Putty. (posted by me):

My stint as a Star Trek actor (posted by J.):

JeffB as an unborn infant (posted by me):

Me with cleavage (posted by J.):

Jeff was always a cuter baby than me (posted by me):

And so the battle continues...
