physio

On Sunday evening, celebrating my birthday with Sara and Annie.
Annie is holding up a gift she made for me.

Had my first physiotherapy session yesterday; I'll be having four a week. Details in a future Blathering when I can type more easily, but it basically involves ultrasound and electrotherapy. I was also shown some exercises I should be doing, and looks like I'll also be wearing arm braces on occasion. I'll likely check out a second opinion, but I'm crossing my fingers (carefully :-)) that all this fuss will help me get back to my writing sooner.

I am way behind in e-mail right now (and Livejournal reading); apologies to those who have written to me and haven't received a response yet. Thanks for your patience.

It's SNOWING outside my window right now. Isn't it supposed to be spring?!?
