insomnia

Back at home, not feeling that great today. I think I need more chocolate. :-) The real cause, I suspect, is insomnia...I tend to get it from time to time, haven't found a surefire natural cure. Suggestions welcome! Forgot to mention that it was Allison's and John's sixth wedding anniversary on Sunday. Today's picture (see above) is of my husband Jeff. Check out the ears. :-D And the tasteful plaid jacket; Jeff and I were destined to be together...if in doubt, check out MY plaid (I'm the one on the right). About to start wading through my post-cottage biz email; wish me luck.
Today's Site: Insomnia Cures - links to interesting sleep-disorder sites around the web, support groups, discussion forums. [3:01 PM] Recently I've been getting a lot of email enticing me to joining various "web rings" or "loop links"...this must be the newest netfad, I guess. Basically, you insert yourself into a chain of websites, each linked to the other with a recognizable logo or button. A neat idea, though I find the content quality often varies a lot through the ring/loop because anyone can hook up. If you're interested in this sort of thing, you should check out http://www.webring.com or http://www.looplink.com. I think there's even a filk webring around (I recall getting email about this once a while ago, but lost it)...if anyone has info, I'd appreciate hearing about it (put "filk webring" in the subject header, thanks).
