smartbounce

So I brought the manual for SmartBounce (the email bounced message handling software I mentioned yesterday) to UT practice yesterday, and Allison and Jodi mocked me for how excited I was over technical documentation. The heathens! :-) Seriously, though, at present I spend about 2-3 hours a week doing admin work for Inklings consisting solely of handling bounced messages, and this will gradually increase as my subscriber increases.
